Shipping within the US
-All packages are shipped based on the method you choose and are tracked. Insurance is only included in Priority Mail shipping unless you choose additional insurance.
International Shipping
-All packages are shipped first class only with tracking. Insurance is available as an add-on. If you need a different method of shipping, please reach out for a custom listing, though please note rates will be very high for faster shipping methods.
We do are not responsible for packages once they are shipped! Please contact your local post office with your tracking number as they will have more info than we do about the location of your package.
If your package is returned to us for any reason we will reach out. Please note that if it is an error on our part we will reship, however if it is an error with an incorrect address or any other reason we will need shipping to be paid once more to be resent.
We are NOT responsible for any customs fees/import duties! You will be expected to pay these before your package is delivered!
