+Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However due to delays we currently are only shipping to Canada, UK & Australia. We do plan to open shipping to more countries very soon though!
*Additionally, we do not charge nor are we responsible for any VAT/Import duties or customs fees on any packages! You may be expected to pay these before your package is delivered but please check with your local customs office to see what these charges may be!
**If your items return to us due to fees not being paid you will need to repay shipping for it to be sent out again!**
*Please note that due to new VAT laws and regulations, UK orders now have a minimum order limit of £135 BEFORE shipping costs in order to be processed! If you would like to do a custom group order please contact us!
*Because of the new GPSR guidelines we are no longer able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.
This is something out of our control and we apologize for the inconvenience!
+When will my items ship?
All items have their own processing and shipping times displayed on the drop down menu under the buy/add to cart button. Some items may ship sooner however!
Booksleeves, Dust Jacket & Snack Bags generally 2-4 weeks
Art prints - 3-5 business days unless it is a preorder!
Hair accessories - 1-2 weeks
In stock - 3-5 business days
+When will my items arrive?
Due to shipping delays, arrival times may vary depending on the method of shipping you've chosen!
Within the US is generally 3-8 business days.
International can be anywhere between 2-4 weeks or up to 1-3 months.
+My tracking hasn’t updated, where is my package?
Unfortunately due to shipping delays some packages my not move for awhile or they may miss a scan. Please allow time for it to update and contact your local post office for inquires! They will have more info than we do!
+My package is lost/stolen, can I get a refund/replacement?
Once packages are shipped and leave our hands we are not responsible for them and are unable to offer refunds or replacements in most cases. * If you purchased a shipping option with insurance we can put in a claim.
If you purchased priority mail shipping or your package was shipped out of the US we may be able to open a claim though. Please contact us if this is the case!
+Can you cancel and refund my order?
We only allow cancellations on orders within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not already been processed for shipping. If this is a custom order we do not allow cancellations.
+I have pet allergies, do you have pets?
Yes, we have cats, dogs and rabbits. While we do our best to keep things separate pet hair may still end up on your items/in your packaging. If you are severely allergic please consider this when ordering from us!
+I want something you don’t have a listing for, do you offer customs?
Yes! We love working on new things and are always open to discussing custom orders! Feel free to use our contact page to discuss what it is you’d like made and we can go from there.
